With absolute success and a nostalgic mood that transported attendees to the past, the annual “Bid ‘n Buy” of the Philoptochos Brotherhood of St. Luke was held in Brumhall, Pennsylvania . This year’s event stood out thanks to the strong aroma of the ’80s , attracting hundreds of members and friends of the community to an evening full of fun, giving and practical solidarity.
The excellent organization and the warm response of the crowd were based on the tireless efforts of more than 75 volunteers , who worked with dedication to ensure the success of the evening.
Guests had the opportunity to enjoy an exquisite four-course dinner , taste original themed cocktails in harmony with the retro style of the era, and claim more than 300 gifts made available for the purposes of the auction.
The most important message of the event, however, lies at the very core of its organization, as all proceeds will be allocated exclusively to support the rich charitable work carried out by the Philoptochos Brotherhood , both locally and internationally , demonstrating once again the power of community service.
